One cold winter day in 1956, at this stock tank, Randy, Tommy, & I were sliding a stick back & forth to each other on the thin ice that covered it. At one point, the stick was too far for me to reach. Wearing my heavy, hooded winter coat, I stretched out, slipped over the side and fell completely thru. When we reached the house, about a block away, Doneva laughed so hard she was slow to let me in.
